Last week, the Designer of the Year, Fei Liu, unveiled his latest masterpiece ‘The Blue of Dreams’ in Shenzhen City, China, to press and the Chinese jewellery industry. ‘The Blue of Dreams’ tiara is a collaboration between Fei and the Chinese beauty pageant.
